TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

Club “Scheherazade” invites artists and hostesses: girls with a pleasant appearance for the following vacancies:

• • hostess;

• • ballet with a show program;

• • professional singers (with consumption);

• • pole-dance and go-go dancers (with consumption).

The contract period for girls (hostesses and artists) is from 6 months, you can work in the club only with a work visa. The girl opens a visa for one year, about a month is spent on preparing and processing the necessary documents.

Accommodation, meals, transfer

Upon arrival in Ankara, the girls are met at the airport. Before starting work, it is necessary to undergo a medical examination and obtain medical insurance. Medical tests will need to be taken every three months – the girls pay for the procedure themselves (the cost of the tests is about 80 lira).

The girls also pay for the backstage and dressing room at the Shaherezada club at their own expense, but it’s not expensive – only 10 lira per week.

Club Şehrazat provides girls at the employer's expense:

• • hotel accommodation;

• • transfer from the hotel to the club and back;

• • two meals a day (dinner before the work shift and breakfast after it ends).

Staying overnight at the hotel is a must for girls working at the Şehrazat club. The hotel has a gym where girls can stay in shape. The system is open, you can leave the hotel after 13:00. Girls can leave the hotel before the specified time only with the consent of the club administration.

Working hours

The club's working hours are daily. The club is open from 10:00 PM to 5:30 AM, and if there are a lot of guests, the club's working hours are extended by half an hour (until 6:00 AM).

By 21:00 the service arrives at the hotel for the girls. Upon arrival at the club, dinner awaits them. After dinner, the girls change their clothes and get ready for their work shift.

Salary and bonuses

The girls' fixed salary rate is $1,000 per month, payments are made in equal parts once every two weeks.

Girls are provided with daily bonus payments for consumption – glasses drunk by clients:

1 small glass (drink for half an hour) – 30 lira,

1 large glass (takes an hour to drink) – 60 lira.

At the end of the week, the girls receive bonuses for a certain number of glasses:

• • 60 glasses/week – rate 500 lira;

• • 80 glasses/week – rate 1000 lira;

• • 100 glasses/week – rate 1500 lira.

There is no strictly established norm for the number of glasses drunk.

One day a week in all night clubs in Turkey is the day of Sigorta. As a rule, it is Sunday. On this day, the girls do not receive a rate from the club, payments are made only for the glasses drunk.

The club has a system of fines: for going to work drunk and for leaving the hotel before 1 p.m. without permission from the administration. Repeated violation of the rules after two warnings leads to termination of the contract.
