SHILLING CLUB, MILAN

Milan is the second largest city in Italy and the largest city in the north of the country. There are not many tourist attractions here (which greatly distinguishes the city from Rome), and yet everyone has heard of Milan. This opportunity is provided by the top club of the city Shilling, located on the famous Milan Duomo square.

TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

The Shilling club has vacancies for artists and hostesses for young girls from the Baltics (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) and Moldova. The duties include passive consumption, active consumption is not required, but welcomed. Requirements for girls:

• height 170 cm and above;
• age 18-30 years;
• model appearance;
• non-conflict character;
• knowledge of English;

Knowledge of Italian is not a requirement, but will be a big advantage at the interview. The minimum contract duration is 1 month. Escort services, dating with clients are prohibited. For breaking this rule, the girl will be fined or even fired. The hostess's shift lasts from 10:00 PM to 4-5 AM. The Shilling club has a six-day work week. All girls have Sunday off.

Employment Procedure

Official employment through an agency. A work visa and a PdS (permit to stay in Italy issued by the Questura) are required. In the context of COVID-19, to work at the Shilling club, a vaccination certificate is required, recognized by the EU for one of the following vaccines: Johnson, Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca. When submitting an application, you must send a video. Based on the results of watching the video and studying the application, the Shilling club invites you to a casting. Castings are held directly at the club, as a rule, viewing of girls is scheduled for 23:00, that is, if a girl is approved for the casting, you need to arrive in Milan in advance, rent a hostel, get ready and come to the club at the appointed time.

Payment and bonuses

The fixed rate and bonuses for consumption at the Shilling Club are paid every two weeks (on the 1st and 16th of each month). The daily fixed rate for artists and hostesses is €80. For each glass, the girls receive an additional €3, for each bottle – 10% of its cost. The Shilling Club does not set consumption standards or any fines for “not enough” glasses, but the administration reserves the right to terminate the contract if the hostess does not fulfill her duties. Girls earn €3,000-5,000 per month. The Shilling Club also allows part-time work during the day (usually girls work as catwalk models or in photo shoots).

Accommodation and transfer

If the casting was successful and the girl was approved for the vacancy of a hostess in the Shilling club, she needs to check into the hotel from 15:00 to 17:00. Until this time, applicants rent a hostel at their own expense. For accommodation, girls are provided with apartments in the hotel within walking distance from the Shilling club (it takes 20 minutes to walk). The rooms have wi-fi. Payment for accommodation in the hotel is deducted from the girls' salary once every 15 days and is 10 € per day. On weekends, girls must spend the night in their apartments. Transfer to work is not provided, since the hotel is close to the club.

IMPORTANT!!!

Shilling Club holds a deposit equal to a fixed weekly rate and pays it at the end of the monthly contract. The deposit is an “insurance” against the girl's sudden dismissal at her own request without warning. The administration must be notified of the exact date of departure no later than 2 weeks in advance, no spontaneous “disappearances”. If the girl leaves unexpectedly or before the agreed date, the club reserves the right not to return the deposit. If the girl has worked the contract in full, the deposit will definitely be returned to her.

Dress code at Shilling Club

The hostess' appearance is extremely important. Especially at the Shilling club. It is better to put simple, comfortable unisex clothes on the back burner until the weekend or until the end of the contract. Shilling is a luxury club, and guests want to see the most luxurious girls in spectacular sexy outfits here. A tight mini dress or a short blouse combined with a low-cut top or blouse is the right choice. According to the girls, your image must be complemented with stylish high-heeled shoes (in them, the hostess looks elegant and confident), choose accessories (but without unnecessary fanaticism). The finishing touches are beautiful makeup with an emphasis on the eyes or lips, plus a well-thought-out hairstyle.

How to get there?

The easiest way to get to Milan is to take a plane ticket. Upon arrival at Malpensa airport, go to the main railway station Milano Centrale (the journey will take an hour and a half). At the station, take a ticket to the center. From the center, the girls get there by taxi. The entire trip is at your own expense, the Shilling club does not provide a transfer.
