• Job Information

The network of strip clubs is looking for beautiful, slim, sociable girls who can dance pole and speak English. Duties include promotion before the club, inviting guests to privates, and performing in the common room. The cost of privates varies between 20-100€. Performance on the club stage takes place in clothes. Private dances – topless or completely naked. Other conditions:

• minimum contract term – 1 month;
• Shift from 20:00 to 02:00 (at the insistence of management, girls must come to work half an hour before the start of the shift);
• 5 working days, 2 days off.

Intimate relations with the club's employees and guests are prohibited. In privates, “touch” is allowed, but only if desired. If the girl does not agree, the guest has no right to touch her.

The girls' payment consists of a fixed rate, privates, consumption and tips. The work is carried out on a 50/50 system. The first 14 days of work are subject to a fixed rate of 35€ in the season from the beginning of June to the end of August. The rest of the time, the rate is paid in the amount of 50% – 17.5 €. The girls also receive 50% of their earnings in privates. The rate is calculated from the first private. If the girl does not dance privates during the shift, the rate is not paid. Starting from the 15th day, minimum volumes are introduced: 425€ per week in privates (this amount must remain after deducting half of the earnings to the club). If the girl does not cope with the volume, she receives half of the fixed rate (17.5€) and 50% of the completed privates. If the girl, starting from the 22nd day of work, does not fulfill the minimum volume, then she receives only 50% of the earnings from privates, without a fixed rate. After reaching the recommended volumes, the rate is paid again. Tips are allowed. They are divided with the club 50/50. The girl can work on a day off on her own initiative. In this case, the fixed rate is not charged. In this case, the first lap dance is paid in the amount of 45 €, the following ones are divided 50/50 with the club. Important: when paying by credit card, 18% tax is withheld from the total amount. The remaining funds are divided equally between the girl and the club. Additionally, you can earn money on active consumption (only optional). Payment:

• 1 cocktail – 2€;
• 1 bottle – 10% of the cost.

Payments are made once a week, on Tuesdays.

Attention: if a girl leaves her shift early without explanation, the earnings for that day are not paid. Punctuality is required. There is a fine for being late – 10€. The club has a fingerprint control system, so the time of arrival and departure is clearly recorded. Girls come to work without money. All personal funds and phones are confiscated by security at the entrance and returned after the end of the shift.

These are 4-room apartments with a bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning (use of the latter is paid for additionally with a card, which can be obtained from the boss).

It is strictly forbidden to spend the night elsewhere on weekends!
Important: Girls coming to work in winter are advised to take warm clothes for sleeping, as the premises on the island are not heated and can be quite chilly. In addition, girls pay 25€ per week (or 100€ one-time) as insurance for damage to property in the apartment or club. This amount is compensated at the end of the contract. If a girl intends to terminate the contract early, she must notify about it a week in advance.
