WORKING CONDITIONS FOR GIRLS IN VOLUME BAR

Club Volume Bar invites slim, sociable, beautiful, positive, charming and sweet girls with European appearance to the vacancy of club hostess with active consumption. Age range – from 19 to 30 years.

Knowledge of English is required.

The minimum contract term is strictly 60 days.

The bar is open from 22:00 to 03:30.

A day off is provided on any day of the week at will and upon prior agreement with the club administration, except Thursday and Friday.

Girls get to/from the bar by club taxi, the fare is 20 JD per week.

Every week, an additional 5 JD is deducted from the girls' salary for kitchen work.

Payment terms:

• 0 glasses = 0 JD

• 1 glass = 5 JD

• 2 glasses = 10 JD

• 3 glasses = 15 JD + 5 JD bet

• 4 glasses =20 JD+ 10 JD bet

• 5 glasses = 25 JD + 15 JD bet

• 6 glasses = 30 JD + 20 JD bet

• After 30 glasses per shift, she receives an additional bonus of 5 JD.

• After 40 glasses per shift, a bonus of 10 JD is awarded.

A big plus is non-alcoholic consumption, hostesses can drink juice or water at will, not only alcoholic cocktails. 1 drink is drunk in 10 minutes. Salary payment occurs daily the next day, before the start of work, if the guest paid in cash.

• When paying by credit card, payment occurs after funds are credited to the company's account, within 3-4 banking days.

• You can accept tips from guests at the end of consumption.

• Accommodation is provided in hotel apartments. 2-3 people live together. Payment for 1 month is 300-350 USD.

• Utilities are paid additionally.

When checking into the hotel apartments, a deposit of 100 dinars is required to cover the risk of damage to the property. At the end of the contract, the money is returned if no damage is found.

There is no Wi-Fi in the bar and apartments. Girls buy a SIM card at the airport upon arrival. Its cost depends on the number of GB.

Upon arrival at Amman airport, you must purchase a tourist visa, cost 40 JD. Make sure you have cash with you in advance.

Dollars or euros can be exchanged at the airport exchange office.

The boss of the Volume Bar club pays 200 JD for passport control. 100 JD is deducted from the girl's salary.

You will be met at the airport and taken to your hotel apartment.

If you are planning a visit to Jordan from late autumn to early spring, take warm pajamas and other necessary warm clothes. There is no central heating in the country.

LIMITATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS OF VOLUME BAR

All work issues are discussed with the bar management represented by its manager.

Girls are prohibited from:

• come to work in sportswear, shoes, jeans;

• leave the bar with guests.

Fines are imposed for:

• appearing at a club in a drunken state;

• unkempt and careless appearance;

• being late for work;

• spreading gossip about the boss/managers of the club/the employees who work there;

• failure to give timely notice of leaving for a day off.

The amount of the fine is at the discretion of the Volume Bar management.
