Hostess jobs in clubs in Yokohama, Japan, involve interacting with customers at tables, creating a comfortable atmosphere, smiling, and making small talk. Dancing is not part of this job. Hours are 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, six days a week.

The fixed salary is $1,150 per month (900 euros), with an additional 10% of drinks, requests and dohans - situations where the client returns the girl to the table for an additional fee. A daily food allowance of 1,000 Japanese yen (about $10) is also provided.
