Hi, girls! I would like to support the review written here recently about working in Northern Cyprus. A girl recently wrote to me asking if it was worth going there, since I mentioned it in one of the conversations. As it turned out, she was going to go to work in the same place from which we had left with difficulty. We went to Northern Cyprus to study to become casino dealers. For a month we were fed breakfast, forcing us to work as waitresses. Instead of an 8-hour workday, we worked 10 (6/1). Maria, the girl who got us a job, told a completely different story. For a month of work, we received 1000 lira (+200 bonus for going to Bayram), yes, working on a holiday in a large casino was hard. At first they said “there will be trainings after Bayram”. In Bayram Iworked 11 days without days off. 6 of them 10 hours on my feet. It's very hard. Running with a tray. Anya, with whom I got into this, worked about the same.

I'm not complaining, but then the tirade started, “after the concert”, “they won't teach you for the first few months, you'll just be churning out tricks”, “we always work 10 hours on weekends”, “we'll change the payment system, now the tea is fixed”, “if you don't do this, you don't have to come here anymore”.

To be honest, the management's attitude was always “to drive a wedge”. And the eternal complaint against me that I am a lesbian, because I do not react to the managers' “advancements” in the hall. We took our 1000 lira, which was only enough for a ticket to Turkey.

There were 4 of us. We (Me and Anya) ran away together to Turkey. The girl before us, V*, ran away to Athens alone. And N* was left alone. She decided to work for a month andto get a full salary. But I got mere pennies. It cost everything! For bed linen, SIM card, tests, pillow… although initially we were given it “as a gift, use it, we want to greet you well”.

I want to warn everyone who is going to fly from Maria to Northern Cyprus to Kaya Palazzo – be careful. If you are initially ready to work as a waitress for 42 hours (this is the minimum) per week for 5600 per month, then most likely you will like it. Because the lozhman is normal, they feed well, the climate is ideal, they don't have any special brains for work. But this is not at all what we were promised.

Our last straw was “the arrival of girls from Belarus, with whom you will have a training” the girls arrived, but they had a training, and we did not. We ran past them with a tray, since all this was during the working day.
