So, let's reveal what's really going on there and what awaits you on this contract:

1. TICKET. Expectation: 100% ticket compensation after 2 weeks of work, as Elena assured. (proof attached) Reality: half the cost is returned after a month of work, the second half – 2 months. ☝ Moreover, she presented this fact when I was already on my 3rd shift. After working 14 days, I flew away, they did not return a penny for the ticket, also reproaching me for it turns out that I wanted to SCAM MONEY (that I wanted to receive compensation for the ticket after 14 days and leave).

2. ACCOMMODATION. Expectation: free housing without additional payments Reality: moving after 2 weeks to a cheaper apartment – to reduce the expense itemElena, there is also a fee for utilities, the elevator there is paid (5th floor).

3. CONSUMATION. Girls usually order a cocktail for 100 lari ($35), of which 25 lari ($8) goes to the girl. There are no regular payments for these cocktails, girls wait for weeks, the amounts accumulate, but not everyone is paid.

4. RATE. Paid in lari 80 ($28). The rate is combustible, recently consumption also goes into the rate. Therefore, if your only income is cocktails, you will not be paid anything on this day.

5. CRAZY. Guests rarely order a private dance for $100, more often they pay with a free chip from the casino. For a chip, the girl is paid 100 lari ($35)

6. THE SYSTEM IS SEMI-CLOSED. You will be tracked by geolocation on your days off, they may call you via video link and ask you to show who you are with and where.Be sure to warn if you are going for a walk with a guest.

7. FINES. This is a fairly common occurrence, and the amounts and reasons for the fines are not documented anywhere, and Elena comes up with them spontaneously, but the main thing is that her favorite number in dollars is $100 (in Georgia, that is). The reasons for the fines can be very different: for not answering a call ($100) (proof), not going on stage ($100), not sharing tips ($240), etc. I was also surprised by Elena's threats to fine for swearing, while the woman herself can swear at a girl like a shoemaker and does not control herself in her aggression.

8. “CLUB FEE”. They will take $200 from you every month and put it in their pocket, guess who. The Club has nothing to do with these deductions, Elena herself reported that she is not paid a salary and she deducts it from the girls' salaries. (There is proof)

I was very tired of the psychological pressure and accepteddecision to leave, but was in no hurry to tell Elena about it, because she saw that she was fleecing everyone on the last shift.

She kept paying me for the consumption until the day of departure, then wrote to pick up the money when I already had my suitcases packed. After departure, she asked me to pass on these $50 through the girls, but what happened again was what I told you about in the fines section: she fined me the same amount for a bag of garbage left after our move.

I just sent a photo of the garbage, called and said that I was fined and without even listening to me, I was blacklisted ‍♀️ If the amount was higher, then the fine would be equal to this amount, okay, I stopped ordering cocktails, I guessed that they wouldn’t pay anyway.
