2. Club Bili97
3. Boss Nusret Ramadani. +38970849999 his personal number. Former cop and drug dealer.
4. The manager's sons Burim and Bili.
I barely escaped from there!!
First they say it is not necessary to make a work visa. Then they scare you with checks and hint that you still need to do it. First they say 500 dollars, then, when the visa is in process, they start extorting the same amount. Agents are also sometimes cheated, mostly asking girls to bring girlfriends.
During working hours, almost every day, like an inspection (no other club has this, only once a week during the season), they abruptly drive us to our rooms, push us (I broke strips for 170 dollars, no one even offered to repair them). They tell us to come back in 3-5 hoursto the hall. After work they give only half of the rate because we did not work for half a day. Cocktails and tips are negligible. Half of the earned money went on food.
Nusret likes to hit on girls, very polite at first. Then he borrows money and doesn't give it back. He didn't pay the New Year's double rate, didn't compensate for the ticket.
They don't let you go anywhere further than the supermarket, where there's nothing you really need. Sometimes they let you go to Gostivar, but they always demand a report (There were fewer demands on me, since he was hitting on me, always saying that after the contract I would be the manager of the club. But I won't lie, he never pestered me)
There is nowhere to order food, in the village there are only pizzerias and coffee shops. The boss's wife sells what she cooks for the family to the girls. Everything is very greasy and tasteless. No choice of food. For a month we ate only vegetables, pates and squash caviar from the supermarket. Sometimes we went to Gostivar to eat in a cafe.
The rooms have no locks, anyone can come in.
Sometimes, if he drinks too much, he tells the girls to dance on the pole in a commanding tone (he doesn’t provide additional payment like other clubs).
When I refused, he told me to move out of the club. I went to pack my things with relief. He ordered me to come back, I refused. Then he started putting on a holster and waving a gun and said that if I didn't work out the contract, his police friends would meet me and put me in prison for a year, register me as a prostitute. The girl said that this had happened before.
I was able to go back to Armenia only by pretending that we had made peace and promising to bring him lots of girls. To make it more believable, I “asked permission” to leave some things (clothes, shoes, good work suits). I don't recommend it to anyone.
In Macedonia you can only work at Energy or Oriental in Tetovo or Queen in Ohrid.
The photo shows the boss and the eldest son. There is no photo of the younger one.
The last photo of the club, but in real life it is dirty, gloomy, smoky and with cut sofas.”
