Hello :) Everything is fine.
Since this is my second time, regulars helped me get the job done.
The guests - the majority - are the same people who come to their girls 🙂 In the first week you can get one glass from them, as a sign of respect 😄
There were 2-3 tourists, the rest were all locals.

There are many girls who have been working here for years. This already shows that they feel comfortable here.
The boss is understanding of the girls. There was one in each room, everything was there. If you need something, you can write to the boss.

The staff is good. There are a couple of Turkish girls who will help with 1-2 glasses.
As for alcohol, you can ask the bartender to pour less or none at all.always alcohol.

The only thing that upset me was the rate. Because in terms of money - if you compare - I made less in December, but the rate was good.
And now I made 46,000 lira (approximately - I also spent money normally: on food, every day restaurants, cafes, the beach, alcohol, eyelashes, hair - a lot of expenses), and the translation is bad 🥲
You can do more if you learn the language 🙂 But I think for a Russian woman, 10–20 glasses is good. You can’t beat Turkish women 😄

Hi. I am writing a review about Bulgaria, the city of Plovdiv.
I liked everything oooooo much :) I'll start with the living conditions - they are super. New apartments with good repair, within walking distance from the club, 2-4 girls per apartment. The club is good, the management and staff are excellent. The girls work, both actively and passively. No one bothers you at all, the main thing is not to miss your turn on stage. There is a flow of clients, and in my opinion it is not bad. Although they say that this is not the season at all and is very weak. I did not focus on consumption, I tried only dancing. In terms of earnings for 3 weeks, it came to 2950 euros (50 euros short of a round sum). I give this place 10 out of 10 :) I have nothing to complain about. Living/working conditions, attitude, salary - everything is ideal. I enjoyed being there.

But if you like big cities, you'll find it a bit boring 😁

At work: absolutely unstable, which personally really stresses me out. You can sit at zero for several days, and then one day it will shoot up so much that it covers the whole week.

Girls who can dance well on the pole, do tricks and twerk - they collect good tips on stage. They easily make several hundred per night.
Plus more privates.

There are ransoms. And it's not necessarily intimate. They ransom girls just to hang out. They also pay to go out to eat, spend time on the beach/yacht during the day.

The season runs from November to mid-March.Many tourists and businessmen come from France, the Netherlands, the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, South Africa, Australia and other countries.

Nevertheless, I managed to earn 5000€ (excluding deductions for cleaning), with great difficulty I reached 20%, since your percentage depends on the volume of drinks. The main income comes from bottles, the emphasis is on cons rather than privates. You need to drink a lot, you can and even should drain it everywhere, of course, but this does not always work out when a guest is nearby, so stock up on Alka-Seltzer. In a month of my work, I had only 5 privates. Tips are 100%, but there are practically none there. They can give an advance if necessary. The team is small, but good. (You need to be friends with the bartender girls, they will always help ☺️). Club ownera specific woman, with her own character, I know that many girls complained and there were conflicts in my presence. But in fact, if you are not rude and do not demand your rights, do not break the rules, then it is quite easy to find a common language with her. We communicated well with her, she ordered sushi for us for the holiday, and took us to restaurants, and we went bowling. Also, they could send us a couple of times to other cafes and bars in search of new guests), it was interesting. Accommodation in the same building with the club on the top floor, everything for life. Lidl across the road, 800 m to the train station, easy to go to neighboring cities for a walk. Geneva airport is also not far. In general, you can work.

I want to write about working in Munich (October-November). The club is comfortable, the management is adequate. In general, the work is not stressful, yes, there are not many people, but like everywhere, from day to day. I could earn up to 100€ (+/-) all week, and then one day a good guest would come and earn as much as for a week.
For 20 working shifts I got 3500€, despite the fact that I am not very active and not a consumer. The girls who have been there for a long time and are more active, of course, could earn more, and all this was easy and calm. The only advice: write down (remember) your alcohol, what kind of bottle it was and at what price. As for housing, everything is also acceptable, yes, there are 4-5 girls in a room, a separate kitchen, a washing machine, Internet, the main thing is there. The conditions are quite comfortable, the team is good. The city is beautiful, there were 2days off per week, the club was closed on Sunday and Monday, so there was plenty of time to walk around and see the surrounding area. I still want to go back to the October Fest, since I didn't have time last fall. It's interesting to compare with another stream. The only downside, of course, is when you're the first time, they don't meet you from the airport, you get there on your own, you need to be able to connect to the Internet to call a taxi, the cost is about 70€ to the club. Well, as I wrote earlier, knowledge of Spanish is very important here, at least 20-30 basic phrases, so that they will buy a few drinks.
The apartments in El Ejido are simply gorgeous, in Motril they are not bad in principle, but with their own nuances - in one room there is no window, in the second there is no door. Perhaps the lack of people was also affected by the rainy season, but I think that with time the work here will go. In general, I was left with a lot of positive emotions, regardless ofthat I didn't make any money here.

Guests choose themselves, they are not shy.
Putting down a drink is no problem for them, especially if you are blonde and tall.
The most surprising thing for me (especially after Hanover) is that there is no dirt here! The guests are all decent and intelligent, no one will climb into your pants for 50 kopecks.
Almost everyone speaks English. If they can't, a translator will help.
By the way, tips are given not only in pesos, but also in dollars - a nice mini-bonus that you don’t have to share with the club!

Hi). I got around to writing a review about working in Munich at the Boobs club. I worked there for exactly 2 months (20.11-21.01). This is my first strip contract and I was very pleased. The club is very beautiful and clean. The staff and management are good, adequate. But, everyone is for themselves. On the one hand, it is good that no one bothers you without reason, but on the other hand, it would be easier to work in a team at least a little. There were few clients, but those who wanted / knew how, they earned. As I understand it, you just need to get used to this club and understand how everything is arranged here. Here, work is not for quantity, but for quality. You can sit for several days without work, but one day your guest will come in and pay off a week of work. The girls are dancers, mostly girls who work here on a permanent basis. The team is cool, I felt comfortable with everyonegirls) The accommodation is normal. I don't know why some girls just turned around and left because of the accommodation. 2 bunk beds in the room... yes, not the most comfortable, but we didn't come here for a vacation :)) + the apartments are in the same building where the club is. It's very convenient. I really liked this place, and most likely I'll come back here again. In terms of earnings for 2 months, it came to 9100 euros (provided that I really just sat out the first month. And starting from the second, work began.
