I recently finished work and I want to share my experience to protect girls and boys who are going to go on a contract.

First – the Lozhman is terrible, it is not intended for habitation and does not correspond to the original that was thrown down at home) There are no safety rules for housing

There was a fire incident. There wasn't even a fire extinguisher in Lozhman. Our guys and guards put it out with a hose from the pool until the fire truck arrived.

After which the Manager arrived and didn’t even ask, “How are you guys?!”

After whichwe spent the night in the same lodge that was burning and no one cared about our safety

This is honestly horrible!

Second Salary under contract

The first months the salary was paid but there were shortages,

sometimes $7, sometimes $10, but that's nothing if you count it every month

(-7$) then it's already 50$ per person for 7 months

And there are 36 people in the Team

Over the past month, the company has refused to pay all wages.

They said that the lozhman burned down, we are obliged to compensate for it with our money from our pocket without our own desire

And pay for the suits that burned through no fault of ours.

Over the last month, all of us Artists have been cheated out of our salaries by $160 each.

They said that they took money for the sunburned lozhman (Damage)

SUPERVISOR

He can'tcommunicate, do NOT respond to the team, is rude, humiliates, mocks. After which he threatens with deportation

There was an incident in Poland I flew to Poland to manage, I didn’t even find time to get acquainted, 3 days passed and she didn’t care

After that I didn’t like human qualities and I think it’s better that I find comfortable conditions for myself before it’s too late than to torture myself and waste time.

I went up to her to talk and said that I wanted to leave her contract because I was not comfortable being in her conditions.

To which she said “OK”, literally half an hour later I find out that she complained about me to the Heads of Turkey that I am a liar and want to cheat her out of money

When I told her that “I will find a replacement for you, I will pay all the expenses”, and I ask for forgiveness!

She threw a grudge (or it was anger) or she immediately understood that no one would come to herwants to go.

The person is vile, dirty, shameless, and throws away her artists who have worked with her for many years for MONEY. Constantly plays the poor.

There was a lot of negativity from her during the show and before the show, and I didn’t even want to work on the show.

She constantly reproached and said how bad we all are!
